▶ Features

- Digital controller가 내장된 Stirring mantle
- Magnetic stirrer와 heating mantle을 한 몸체에 구성하여 Heating과 Stirring을 동시에 수행하며, 온도와 속도를 각각
   독립적으로 조절이 가능하다.
- Digital PID auto-tuning 기능을 이용한 온도조절기를 사용하여 정확하게 온도를 조절하며 설정온도와 실제온도를 동시
   에 확인 가능.
- Timer 기능이 내장 된 Temperature controller. (99hr 59min)
- Smooth start, Smooth stop 기능의 채용으로 교반중에 급격한 회전 변화가 없으며 stirrer bar의 중심 이탈이 없도록 설
   계 되었다.
- Mantle 내부의 Heating element는 부드러운 Glass fiber로 형성 되어 있기 때문에 flask의 손상을 방지하며 Heating
   element와 flask의 밀착성이 뛰어나 열 효율이 우수하다.
- 고온에 강한 내열성인 ceramic fiber의 사용으로 단열성이 우수하고 사용중에도 mantle의 표면 온도는 사용자의 안전
   을 고려하여 낮은 온도로 유지된다.
- 450℃ 이상의 내부온도에서 견디는 내열성과 내구성이 강한 Metal housing구조, 내부식성의 Powder coating.
- 교반의 속도는 Feedback제어로 속도가 정확하고 일정하게 유지 된다.
※ 외부 온도 센서를 사용하면 직접 Sample의 온도를 제어할 수 있고 정밀 실험이 가능하다. (외부온도센서 : Option)
